The Muse:
Inspired by 'Fleurie', the 'Queen of Beaujolais', this tiny region north of Lyon boasts pink granite soils where old vine Gamay grapes bask in the summer sun.

Step inside the cellar door where vats filled with whole bunches of tiny berries infuse the room with enchanting aromas of wild berries, peach and orange peel, laced with intoxicating deep floral notes of jasmine and rose on a bed of fragrant sandalwood and vanilla, destined for the quaint bistros of Paris.

The Wine: Oliver Ravier 'Fleurie' 2020 - With over 42 years experience, Olivier Ravier is one of the most iconic and respected winemakers in Beaujolais. He is a former President of the Beaujolais growers association and has been appointed as an expert at the National Institute of the French wines appellation by the French government. His in-depth knowledge of the region, its climate, and the Gamay variety, is second-to-none. Living in the heart of the Fleurie appellation, he produces wines which overflow with typicity from the Beaujolais terroir. Expect a gorgeous bouquet of ripe red fruits, floral notes of rose on the palate it is silky, richly fruited with a light spice and persistent finish.
